About Pink Lady

Mie and Kei, two friends from a Shizuoka prefecture singing school, formed Pink Lady in 1976 and within a year had turned themselves into the largest popular-culture phenomenon Japan had ever produced. They disbanded in 1981 at the absolute peak of their fame.
